Are your prices shown with or without VAT?

What is the cut-off for next-day delivery?
Order in-stock parts from SM Plant Sales by 3pm, Monday to Friday, for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out the next working day. Full details are on our delivery and returns page.
How much does delivery cost?
SM Plant Sales charges one delivery charge per order, set by the largest item and shown at checkout, ex VAT. To England and Wales most parts cost £10 to deliver, larger parts £12.50 to £15 and bulky items £80. Delivery to Scotland is £25 and to Northern Ireland £36.

How long will my parts take to arrive?

Returns
Can I return a part I no longer need?
Yes, as a consumer you can cancel an order with SM Plant Sales within 14 days of receiving the parts, without giving a reason. Send the parts back within 14 days of telling us, unused and not fitted, and we refund you within 14 days. You pay the return postage unless the part is faulty or wrong, and made-to-spec items are excluded.
What if a part is faulty or you sent the wrong one?
If a part from SM Plant Sales is faulty or we sent the wrong part, we pay the return postage. Consumers can reject a faulty part within 30 days for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and after that we offer a repair or replacement.

Yes, SM Plant Sales publishes parts diagrams and spec sheets to help you identify parts. Some of the information is serial number specific, so have your machine’s serial number to hand, and call 01788 555377 if a diagram does not match your machine.
Why do you ask for my machine’s serial number?
SM Plant Sales asks for the serial number because specifications changed over the years and between serial number ranges, so two machines with the same model name can take different parts. The serial number tells the parts desk which version of the part your machine needs.

Do Benford, Terex and Mecalac dumper parts fit each other?
Benford, Terex and Mecalac dumpers of the same model line often share parts, and SM Plant Sales lists one part under each range it fits. Of the 732 Terex dumper parts we list, 730 are also listed for Benford dumpers, and all 289 Terex roller parts are also in the Benford roller range.
