Terex roller parts: what we stock

Terex bought Benford in 1999 and rebadged its machines Terex. In 2017 Mecalac took over Terex's UK construction business, including the compaction rollers, and kept building them in Coventry under its own name. So a Terex roller sits between a Benford and a Mecalac roller of the same model line, and our 289 Terex roller parts are the same 289 listed under Benford rollers.

Roller pages in Parts by machine:

Common parts: hydraulic hoses and hydraulic filters, Nilos rings, bearing housings, pulleys, forward/reverse cables, bonnet-latch keys, vee seals, scraper blades, Deutz fuel filters, AV mountings and drive belts.

To check the fit, match the number on the old part or WhatsApp a photo and the serial number to 07989 556457; specifications changed between serial number ranges. Our guide Benford, Terex and Mecalac dumpers: do the parts fit? explains the overlap, and how to find the right part covers what to send. Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery of in-stock parts.

Questions

Are Terex and Benford roller parts the same?

In our catalogue, yes: all 289 roller parts are listed in both the Terex and Benford ranges, because the rollers are the same design under different badges. Specifications changed over time, so check your serial number.

Who makes Terex rollers now?

Mecalac. It took over Terex's UK construction business, including the compaction rollers, in 2017 and builds them in Coventry; manufacturing moved to a new Coventry site in 2023.

Do you have parts for the TV1200 roller?

Yes. The TV1200 and TV1200H page lists 199 parts. Send the serial number to the parts desk if you are unsure which version you have.
